Nous recrutons actuellement pour un client intervenant dans le domaine Medical un Responsable Infrastructure "Hands On" – Anglais  courant F/H en CDI. Le poste est basé à Paris dans le 16eme.

The ideal candidate has the ability to work in a project mode and to structure an IT department in partnership with the VP, Information Technology through processes, policies (e.g. BCP/DRP) and sharing best practices.

He/She will play a significant role in ensuring that Paris technology operations are effectively aligned and integrated with the corporate strategy and roadmap and has at heart to maintain the highest standard of communications with end-users and other stakeholders.

This position will be supported by providers responsible for global networks, global cybersecurity, global 24×7 remote helpdesk, and local US end-user support, and will be responsible for the following:

 

User support

 

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations and third-party service providers at the Paris headquarters, including support for networks, computers, portable devices, printers, cloud platforms, telecommunications, end-user support, and technology procurement.
  • Steer and coordinate the user support through our provider, including managing end-user accounts, vendor portals, local asset tracking, and, in collaboration with Human Resources, assist with staff onboarding/offboarding.
  • Guide our provider to provide local, hands-on support in Paris, including physical interventions on-site, helpdesk during business hours, personal device configuration, and other routine support.

 

Infrastructure

 

  • Work on network upgrades: new firewall, additional switches, additional wireless access points
  • Complete migration of the infrastructure to AWS in cooperation with external consultant
  • Supervise/participate in hands-on deployment and troubleshooting of technology solutions as necessary

 

 

Cloud (AWS)/Data management

 

  • Anticipate and support the storage and computation requirements of the scientific team, including bench scientists and the bioinformatics group. Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS (S3 and EC2) is a strong advantage.

 

 

Cyber security

 

  • Ensure local participation in the company’s Security and Compliance programs and assist in providing responses to third-party compliance inquiries and audits.
  • Develop and implement (in collaboration with the VP Information Technology) Security and Compliance policy
  • Perform audits, reviews, pen tests, and related activities as part of the Security and Compliance program rollout. Security experience is extremely desirable.
  • Perform security reviews of potential technology providers.
    • A degree in computer science, information systems management is required.
    • At least five years of experience managing the delivery of IT services, preferably in the biopharma industry or a similar scientific/technical environment.
    • A can-do, “start-up” attitude balanced with an understanding of critical process/compliance requirements is essential.
    • Strong collaboration and communications skills with diverse staff at all levels of the organization are required.
    • Significant experience with multi-platform environments (e.g., Apple, Microsoft, and Linux operating systems) is required.
    • Successful vendor management experience is a strong advantage.
    • Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and systems architecture is highly desirable.
    • Hands-on experience with Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (e.g., PerkinElmer Signals Notebook) is a plus
    • Laboratory computing, and provision of on-demand cloud storage and computation resources (e.g., AWS) is strongly preferred.
    • Knowledge of agile software development processes and SDLC deliverables are desirable.
    • Experience with GxP regulations and procedures is desirable.
    • Proficiency in English and French is required.
